Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the
Rosaryville Conservancy, Inc. for the repair, renovation, and
restoration of the historical barns and tack house located on the
grounds of Mount Airy Mansion, located in Upper Marlboro; providing
for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that
the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; requiring the grantee
to grant an easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
