Entitled:
Youth Crime Prevention and Diversion Parole Fund

Synopsis:

Establishing the Youth Crime Prevention and Diversion Parole Fund; requiring the Director of the Division of Parole and Probation to administer the Fund, establish procedures, and make grant awards; providing that the Fund consists of money appropriated in the State budget, investment earnings, and specified other money; requiring a local law enforcement agency or Police Athletic League center that applies for money from the Fund to provide specified information; etc.
