State Residential Centers - Study - Services for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, in consultation with the employee organization designated as the exclusive representative of the employees of the Department and other interested stakeholders, to study and make recommendations on issues relevant to the provision of services for individuals with developmental disabilities in State residential centers; requiring the Department to report findings and recommendations to committees of the General Assembly on or before September 1, 2009; etc.
