Entitled:

Central Collection Unit - Special Fund Balances

Synopsis:

Providing that for a fiscal year beginning on or after July 1, 2009, any balance in the Central Collection Fund at the end of the fiscal year in excess of 10% of the actual expenses of operating the Central Collection Unit for that fiscal year revert to the General Fund; authorizing the Governor to transfer to the General Fund $25,000,000 from the Central Collection Fund for fiscal year 2009; etc.
