Public Health Dental Hygiene Act
Altering the authorization of a general license to practice dental
hygiene to include the application of sealants or fluoride agents
under general supervision in specified facilities; providing that a
specified waiver is not required to practice dental hygiene under
general supervision in accordance with specified provisions of law;
increasing the types of facilities a general license to practice
dental hygiene authorizes a dental hygienist to practice in under
general supervision; etc.
