Expanding a requirement relating to the use of child safety seats to
include specified trucks; providing that specified provisions
establishing an age requirement for the use of child safety seats
apply to specified vehicles registered in another state or Puerto
Rico; altering the requirement for the use of child safety seats to
require a person transporting a child under the age of 8 years to
secure the child in a child safety seat and eliminating a specified
weight requirement; etc.
