Landlord and Tenant - Eviction - Abandoned Chattels
Providing that specified chattels that remain on property repossessed
by a landlord when the warrant of restitution is executed shall be
presumed abandoned; providing that a landlord or a landlord�s agent is
not liable for any loss or damage to abandoned chattels; authorizing a
landlord or a landlord's agent to dispose of abandoned chattels by
transport to a refuse disposal system, donation to charity, or by
other legal means; etc.
