Penalties
Prohibiting a person from possessing ammunition solely designed for a
specified regulated firearm if the person was previously convicted of
specified crimes, does not have a firearm application approved by the
Secretary of State Police or the Secretary's designee, and is not
exempted from the requirements of a regulated firearm application;
raising the penalty for the offense of a person under a specified age
possessing ammunition solely designed for a regulated firearm, with
specified exceptions; etc.
