Good Samaritan - State of Emergency - Liability Protection
Providing that specified persons who provide services or goods in
response to a state of emergency proclaimed by the Governor are not
liable in damages, under specified circumstances, for personal injury,
wrongful death, property damage, or other loss caused by an act,
error, or omission in providing the services or goods; and providing
for the construction and application of the Act.
