Criminal Procedure - Sexual Offenders - Homeless Registrants and Supervision

Synopsis:

Establishing that a homeless person is a resident for purposes of a sexual offender registry if the person has a home or other place that the person habitually lives located in the State at the time of release from custody or another specified event; establishing that a specified registrant shall register with a specified supervising authority within 7 days after the registrant begins to habitually live in the State; etc.
