Establishing the Maryland School-Based Wellness Program in the State Department of Education; requiring the State Superintendent of Schools or a designee to develop, implement, and administer the Program in consultation with a specified advisory board; authorizing the State Superintendent to accept specified grants and donations; establishing the Advisory Board on School-Based Wellness Initiatives; establishing the Maryland School-Based Wellness Program Fund; etc.
