Motor Vehicles - Registration for Individuals with Disabilities

Synopsis:

Creating an exception to a provision of law prohibiting the Motor Vehicle Administration from accepting a special disability registration application from an applicant who possesses a valid special disability registration; and prohibiting the Administration from issuing a special disability parking placard to a person who requests two special disability registrations.
