Prohibiting a person from purchasing, leasing, selling, transferring,
replacing, licensing, or operating an electronic gaming device on or
after July 1, 2008, with specified exceptions that would extend the
deadline to January 1, 2009, or July 1, 2009; defining "electronic
gaming device"; and making the Act an emergency measure.
