Requiring the Department of Legislative Services to provide staff for the School Board Nominating Commission of Anne Arundel County; and repealing the provision that the increase in the salary or compensation of the President and the members of the Anne Arundel County Board of Education does not apply to the incumbent President or the incumbent members of the County Board.
