Unpaid Child Support - Liens Against Monetary Awards Owed to Child Support Obligors

Synopsis:

Requiring that unpaid child support be a lien against specified monetary awards owed to a child support obligor; requiring that the distribution of a specified monetary award be stayed pending payment of a specified lien; requiring that a prevailing party or beneficiary provide a specified statement to that individual's attorney under specified circumstances; etc.
