Income Tax Credit - Oyster Restoration Activity

Synopsis:

Allowing an individual to claim a credit against the State income tax in the amount of $750 for participating in oyster restoration activities approved by the Department of Natural Resources or the Oyster Recovery Partnership; requiring an individual claiming the tax credit to submit a specified statement with the individual's income tax return; applying the Act to tax years after 2007; etc.
