Sexual Offender Registration Information - Re-Incarceration for New Crime

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services to make available to the public a registration statement or information about the registration statement of a registrant of the State sexual offender registry who is re-incarcerated due to a conviction for a new crime during the term of the registrant's registration; and requiring information about the registration statement of a specified registrant to include a notation indicating that the registrant is incarcerated.
