Hospitals and Nursing Facilities - Staphylococcus Infections - Reporting

Synopsis:

Requiring specified individuals to include specified information on a certificate of death; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, in consultation with specified groups and stakeholders, to develop a system regarding the reporting of specified staphylococcus infections; requiring the Department to make a specified report to specified committees of the General Assembly on or before December 1, 2008; etc.
