Synopsis:

Providing for the membership in the Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System of specified police officers employed by the Baltimore City Community College who have specified powers granted to police officers; requiring that the College operating budget for 2009 include an appropriation for transferring the police officers into the Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System; etc.
