Procurement - Small Business Reserve Program - Eligibility Modifications

Synopsis:

Adding the Maryland Transportation Authority and the Department of Information Technology as designated procurement units under the Small Business Reserve Program; altering the definition of "small business" by increasing specified maximum average gross sales requirements and adding a category of services; requiring a report to committees of the Maryland General Assembly on whether the Act has negatively impacted specified categories of small businesses; etc.
