Town of Berwyn Heights Employees - Participation in the Employees' Pension System

Synopsis:

Requiring specified employees of the Town of Berwyn Heights to participate in the Employees' Pension System of the State of Maryland as of the date that the Town begins participating in the System; providing that membership in the System is optional for specified employees; providing for specified employees of the Town to receive service credit for specified prior service; etc.
