Drunk Driving - Administrative Per Se Offense - Alcohol Concentration - Ignition Interlock System Program

Synopsis:

Requiring a police officer to advise a person that the person may elect under specified circumstances to participate in the Ignition Interlock System Program of the Motor Vehicle Administration instead of requesting an administrative hearing if the person takes a test that indicates an alcohol concentration of at least 0.08; providing that a person who takes a test indicating an alcohol concentration of at least 0.08 may elect to participate in the Program under specified circumstances; etc.
