Education - High School Diploma - GED Options Program

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Education to establish a GED Options Program that provides specified students with an alternative course for obtaining a high school diploma beginning on August 1, 2009; providing for specified Program requirements; requiring students enrolled in the GED Options Program to be counted in the average daily attendance of a local school system; and requiring the State Board to adopt specified regulations.
