Appraisers - Licensure
Expanding the definition of the practice of providing real estate
appraisal services to include all appraisals, not only those conducted
in connection with a federally related transaction, as defined in the
federal Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act
of 1989; specifying that providing real estate appraisal services
includes appraisals made as part of employment with a unit of State
government; providing for a delayed effective date; etc.
