Lawyers - Payment of Taxes and Unemployment Insurance Contributions
 
Repealing a requirement that the Client Protection Fund verify that a
lawyer has paid or provided for payment of all undisputed taxes and
unemployment insurance contributions before accepting an annual fee
from the lawyer; requiring the Fund to provide a specified list of
lawyers to the Comptroller; authorizing the Comptroller to refer the
matter to Bar Counsel if a lawyer does not make payment or provide for
payment within a specified time after receiving notice of a
delinquency from the Comptroller;  etc.
