Sales and Use Tax - Computer Services - Resale Exemption

Synopsis:

Altering the definition of "retail sale" under the sales and use tax to exclude the sale of a computer service if the buyer intends to use the computer service directly and predominantly in performing a computer service for another person; providing for the termination of the Act on the taking effect of a specified termination provision; etc.
