Income Tax Credit - Bio-Heating Oil
Allowing an individual or corporation to claim a credit against the
State income tax for heating oil with a blend of at least 5% biodiesel
that is purchased for space or water heating; requiring the Maryland
Energy Administration to adopt specified regulations, to provide the
Comptroller with specified information, and to conduct a specified
public relations campaign; providing for the termination of the Act;
etc.
