Direct Billing of Anatomic Pathology Services
Requiring specified clinical laboratories, physicians, or group
practices that provide anatomic pathology services to specified
patients to present or cause to be presented claims, bills, or demands
for payment to specified individuals and entities, subject to
limitations; prohibiting specified health care practitioners from
directly or indirectly charging, billing, or otherwise soliciting
payment for anatomic pathology services unless specified requirements
are met; etc.
