Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services - Employees Serving as Members of County Governing Bodies

Synopsis:

Providing that an individual employed by the Department of Correctional Services in a specified capacity is not prohibited from serving in a specified elective office; and requiring the Secretary of Correctional Services, in consultation with the State Ethics Commission, to adopt specified regulations.
