Vehicle Laws - Child Safety Seats - Age and Weight Requirements
 
Expanding a requirement relating to use of child safety seats to
include specified trucks; altering requirements for the use of child
safety seats to require a person transporting a child under age 8 to
secure the child in a child safety seat, subject to specified
exceptions; adding height to the list of reasons that a physician may
use to certify that the use of a child safety seat by a particular
child is impractical; etc.
