Establishing the Task Force to Study Abuse of Performance-Enhancing Substances; providing for the membership of the Task Force; providing for the designation of the chair of the Task Force; requiring the Department of Legislative Services to provide staff support to the Task Force; providing that a member of the Task Force is not entitled to compensation but is entitled to specified reimbursement; requiring the Task Force to study specified items; requiring the Task Force to make specified recommendations; etc.
