Expanding the membership of the board of trustees of the Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation to include a member appointed by the Governor from a list of three nominees submitted by the Young Farmers Advisory Board; requiring nominees submitted by the Young Farmers Advisory Board to meet specified requirements; etc.
