Unattended Child Protection Act of 2008

Synopsis:

Increasing the maximum penalty to a $2,000 fine and imprisonment not exceeding 3 years for a person convicted of allowing a child who is under the age of 8 years and in the person's care to be locked or confined in a dwelling, building, enclosure, or motor vehicle under specified circumstances.
