Synopsis:

Increasing to 18 the number of winery special event permits that the Comptroller may issue to a licensed Class 4 Maryland limited winery in St. Mary's County in a calendar year; and increasing to five the number of permits that a limited winery in St. Mary's County may use in a calendar year in the same political subdivision.
