Synopsis:

Requiring the annual budget bill to include a specified amount of appropriations for the Pediatric Cancer Molecular Database Research Grant; authorizing the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to distribute a grant to the Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation for the establishment of a specified database; providing that the Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation may not receive a specified grant until it submits specified documents; etc.
