Synopsis:

Authorizing the Department of Housing and Community Development to make housing assistance program loans of more than $5,000 to a housing cooperative member if the loan is secured by a perfected security interest in the member's cooperative interest; authorizing the Department to take specified actions in connection with these loans; etc.
