Establishing the Task Force to Study the Regulation of Artificial Trans Fat; providing for the membership of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to elect a chair from among the members of the Task Force; providing for the staffing of the Task Force; providing for the duties of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to submit a specified report to the Senate Finance Committee and the House Health and Government Operations Committee on or before February 1, 2009; providing for the termination of the Act; etc.
