State Procurement Contracts - Living Wage

Synopsis:

Altering a specified minimum wage rate that contractors and subcontractors under specified State contracts must pay to specified employees so that one specified rate applies to contracts in all areas of the State; repealing specified definitions; repealing the requirement that specified determinations be made about the location of contract services; altering the requirements for the Commissioner of Labor and Industry to make a specified assessment; and making specified conforming changes.
