Entitled:
Wireless Telephone Service Billing Change Notification Act

Synopsis:

Requiring a wireless telephone service provider to send a written notice to residential customers within a specified number of days after any change in the rates, terms, or conditions of the customers' wireless telephone service; providing that a violation of the Act is an unfair or deceptive trade practice and is subject to specified enforcement and penalty provisions; etc.
