Medical Assistance Programs and Maryland Children's Health Program - Statements on State-Issued Check Stubs

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to collaborate with the Office of the Comptroller or the Office of the State Treasurer to form a statement advising individuals who cannot afford health insurance that they may be eligible to enroll in specified medical assistance programs or the Maryland Children's Health Program and print the statement on specified State-issued check stubs; requiring that the statement include specified contact information; etc.
