Department of Health and Mental Hygiene - Review of Reports and Commissions

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to review specified reports as well as boards, commissions, councils and committees operated by the Department and to present findings to the Governor and General Assembly on or before December 1, 2008; providing that the review does not include health occupations boards under the Department's jurisdiction; etc.
