Enforcement - Funding
Authorizing the Department of Housing and Community Development to
provide and allocate matching grants and technical assistance to
eligible political subdivisions to implement local housing laws
regarding the number of individuals who may live in a housing unit;
authorizing the Department of Housing and Community Development to
develop and use a formula to determine whether a political
subdivision is affected by the student population of a public senior
higher education institution; etc.
