Vital Records - Copies to County Registrars of Vital Records

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to provide a copy of an original birth certificate to the registrar of vital records of the county or Baltimore City where the birth took place; requiring the Secretary, under specified circumstances, to provide original specified vital records to the registrar of vital records of the county in which the subjects of the records reside or resided; etc.
