Vehicle Laws - Electronic Titling and Registration - Temporary Registration

Synopsis:

Providing for the electronic issuance by a licensed dealer of permanent registration plates for a vehicle issued a temporary registration; establishing procedures concerning the electronic issuance by a dealer of temporary vehicle registrations; extending the period of time for which the Motor Vehicle Administration may extend a temporary vehicle registration under specified circumstances; authorizing the Administration to adopt specified regulations; etc.
