Altering the Chesapeake and Atlantic Coastal Bays 2010 Trust Fund and
its purposes; stating the intent of the General Assembly; providing
for the uses of the Fund; establishing in statute the BayStat Program
and BayStat Subcabinet; requiring the Program to distribute funds from
the Trust Fund to the BayStat Subcabinet agencies; requiring the
BayStat Subcabinet agencies to administer the funds; authorizing the
BayStat Subcabinet agencies to distribute to an administrative cost
account an amount to administer grant programs; etc.
