Creation of a State Debt - Anne Arundel County - Galesville Rosenwald School

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $200,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Galesville Community Center Organization, Inc. for the renovation of the Galesville Rosenwald School; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; requiring the grantee to grant and convey a specified easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; establishing a deadline for the encumbrance or expenditure of the loan proceeds; etc.
