Procurement - Service Contracts - Notice to Exclusive Representatives

Synopsis:

Requiring that notice of employee rights be given to exclusive representatives of specified employees at specified points in the procurement process; providing that a violation of a specified provision does not constitute grounds to challenge or appeal procurement awards and processes; altering notice requirements included in specified plans of assistance for State employees who will be adversely affected by specified service contracts; etc.
