Residential Real Property - Maryland Building Performance Standards - Minimum Standards for Visitability

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Housing and Community Development to adopt as a modification of the Maryland Building Performance Standards minimum standards for visitability in the design and construction of newly constructed single-family dwellings for which a building permit is issued on or after April 1, 2009; requiring the minimum standards for visitability to include specified requirements; defining "visitability"; etc.
