Landlord and Tenant - Summary Ejectment - Deceased Tenant

Synopsis:

Authorizing a landlord to bring an action for summary ejectment against a deceased, intestate tenant without next of kin; requiring a landlord bringing a summary ejectment action to state in a written complaint filed in the District Court of the county where the property is situated that, to the best of the landlord's knowledge, the tenant is deceased, intestate, and without next of kin; establishing notice and service of process requirements; etc.
