Establishing the Maryland Cancer Treatment Program in the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; providing for the purpose of the Program; providing for eligibility for the Program; requiring the Program to use specified resources from the Maryland Medical Assistance Program; requiring the Maryland Cancer Treatment Program to reimburse providers at the Maryland Medical Assistance Program rate; requiring the Department to adopt specified regulations; etc.
